Buyer Aggregation

Buyer Aggregation is a service unique to Remote Identity which combines large orders from several companies at a predetermined lead time in order to offer a larger overall discount to all parties. How it works is simple:

  1. Retail price for a Class 1 Gen label is $.15. At a quantity of 500,000 labels, a price break of $.05 per label kicks in and labels are $.10 each.
  2. Company 1 requires 50,000 labels, Company 2 requires 100,000 labels, and Company 3 requires 400,000 labels.
  3. Company 1 chooses Remote Identity's buyer aggregation service at a price of $.13 per label with a lead time of 4 weeks.
  4. Company 2 chooses Remote Identity's buyer aggregation service at a price of $.12 per label with a lead time of 3 weeks.
  5. Company 3 chooses Remote Identity's buyer aggregation service at a price of $.11 per label with a 2 week lead time.

As overall volume demands increase, lead time decreases. By combining orders with Companies 1 and 2, Company 3 is able to reach the next volume price point and realize a savings of $16,000.00. Company 2 saves $3000.00 and Company 1 saves $1000.00.
